This is a newly built villa located in Agia Triada which is 11 kilometers from the old historical town of Rethymno and 3 kilometers from a beautiful sandy beach of Platanes.

As you enter into this property you will see the BBQ facilities with the clay oven and the swimming pool with a surrounding garden.

There is a ramp and a few stairs that lead you to the villa's main entrance.

As you walk in you will see the living room with a fire place leading to a veranda and with a door that leads to the swimming pool. On the right hand side you will find a fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, fridge, oven. Then you will find the first bedroom with one bathroom with shower which is suitable for wheel chair users.

Up the stairs on the first level you will find the main bedroom with air-conditioning and wall cupboard with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and toilet. This room has a sliding door which opens onto the veranda. Next to this room you will find the second main bedroom with double bed with en-suite bathroom and shower. This room has a sliding door which opens onto the same veranda. From this veranda you will be able to enjoy the panoramic view of the sea on the left hand side and to your right you will enjoy the view of the mountain with the olive tree plantations.

Villa Astro offers air-conditioning and satellite television to all its guests.

Down the stairs and to the lower ground you will find 2 very large bedrooms with bathroom shower. In this bathroom you will find the washing machine. All bedrooms have wooden wall cupboards.

A car is essential as the nearest bakery is at a distance of 3 kilometers from this private and exclusive property.

The visitor can benefit from the villa's ideal location (4,5 kilometres from a sandy beach of Platanes and in the middle of the island of Crete) in order to visit famous sites such as the Palace of Knossos, The Monastery of Arkadi, The Preveli Palm Beach and the old historical town of Rethymno.
