This is a new exclusive
traditional stone house located in Agia Triada which is 11 kilometers
from the old historical town of Rethymno and 4,5 kilometers from a beautiful
sandy beach of Platanes.
Enter this property and you will see the swimming pool with BBQ facilities
and a surrounding garden.
As you walk in you will see the living room with a fire place, a fully
equipped kitchen, with fridge and oven. Then you will find the first bedroom
which consists of two twin beds with one bathroom and shower which is
suitable for wheel chair users. In this bathroom you will find the washing
machine.
Up the stairs on the first level you will find the main bedroom with
air-conditioning, an en-suite bathroom and a toilet. The double bed and
the cupboard are antiques that date as far back as the 19th century. This
main bedroom has a very nice verandah from which you will be able to enjoy
the panoramic view of the sea on the left hand side and to your right
you will enjoy the view of the mountain with the olive tree plantations.
Next to this room you will find the second main bedroom with an iron double
bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a toilet
