Cancellation policy

Full refund if cancelled 21 days or more prior to arrival. 20 to 8 days prior to arrival the 50% of the total cost will be forfeited. 7 to 1 days prior to arrival the 75% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fee. For calcellations on arrival date or no show, the full amount will be forfeited.

Transfers

Taxi transfer to/from the hotel can be arranged at an extra charge if notified at least 5 working days prior to arrival. Exact arrival details must be provided.

Aspaki is a cluster of 4 private houses perched on the cliff in Ia village. All houses have A/C, heating, private bathroom facilities, hairdryer, satellite TV, music, CD player, refrigerator, fully equipped kitchen and hydromassage. All houses have view over the sea and the caldera.
