detached building on the same plot of land.
A distance of 60m separates the studios and the villa.
The studios & the villa are surrounded by olive groves and gardens set in a very quiet area and are ideal for relaxing, yet they are near to the lively beach of Platy Yialos.
The studios and the villa do not have sea view because of the olive trees. Seaside tavernas, shops and the bus stop are all located nearby.
Each studio is tastefully furnished and it has an equipped kitchenette, air-conditioning, electric fans and a veranda with garden view.
The Villa is an independent house, built in 1989 in a traditional style. It has 3 bedrooms, a living room with 3 built-in sofas and a fireplace, an equipped kitchen with a built-in dining table, one bathroom and large verandas surrounded by a beautiful garden.
There are electric fans in all the rooms. The decor and furniture are excellent, stone floors, built-in living room furniture, tasteful and comfortable.
