INTERIOR
Semi detached Villas - Number 1 & 2
The units comprise an open plan kitchen/dining and a well appointed living room. The kitchen is small but well-equipped. The wood built ceilings, furniture and kitchen cabinets give the feel of quality in every detail.

The decor is tasteful and coordinated with coloured table cloths to match the sofas. There is a w/c shower room next to the kitchen and an open archway (i.e. no closing door) off of the living room leads to a bedroom with double bed. In addition to the front terraces on the ground level, which overlook the pool, both cottages also have upper floor terraces accessed from the upstairs bedroom.

A wooden stairway leads to this loft-like bedroom situated under the beams of the roof which is furnished with two single beds. Without the separation of a door it is open to the lower level. A door leads out to a lovely terrace with terracotta tiles, comfortable outdoor furniture and fantastic views to the sea and the island of Peristera. Cottage number 2 is the larger of the units, with a larger front terrace and a private BBQ area.

Semi detached Villas - Number 3 & 4
These detached cottages are very similar in layout to the semi-detached with the exception of an additional w/c shower room which is en-suite with the upstairs twin bedroom. Also the terraces are more private as the buildings are situated in front of the pool and have views directly to the sea and surrounding islands.

EXTERIOR
Villas 1 and 2 are situated at the top of the property overlooking the pool and further down are villas 3 & 4. The views are slightly better from number 1 & 2 but since villas number 3 & 4 sit at the bottom or ‘front of the property, they have a bit more privacy than the upper units.
Kamelia Villas are newly built and offer a modern accommodation with the style of a traditional country cottage. The property is spacious and the large pool is surrounded by beautiful stone-built walls and clay pots spilling with pretty flowers. Spend the days on your private terrace or relaxing by the shared pool. The impressive views of contrasting green pine trees and brilliant blue sea truly make this an enchanting spot.

SURROUNDINGS
The picturesque harbour of Votsi and the nearest pebble beach are a 10 minute walk downhill. In the village you will find a couple of tavernas along the harbourfront and 2 mini-markets. The secluded cove of Spartines can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. A wider selection of tavernas and shops can be found in the port town of Patitiri approximately 3 km away and the beautiful old town of Alonissos, 5 km away.
