The high quality Eye Q Resort is conveniently located just outside of Skiathos Town and a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Magali Ammos.  This ‘A’ Category accommodation comprises 4 Two bedroom apartments and 8 Studios housed in 4 buildings.  With amenities galore, guests will want for nothing at this clean, comfortable and modern property.  Studios have possibility to sleep either 2 or 4 persons – Apartments 2-6 persons. 

INTERIOR
STUDIOS:  Sleep either 2 persons or 2 adults/2 children
These high standard apartments and studios are recently built and have a modern, yet comfortable feel to them.  Entering into the rooms, the décor is casual with a beachside feel.  The Studios for 2 persons (23 sq. meters) are each furnished with two single beds (which can be put together to make a double), have a kitchenette with hot plate and w/c shower room.  A small breakfast table is inside each room.  All Studios have a/c and either balcony or patio with sea view.

The larger Studios (27 sq. meters) are for 2 adults and 2 children and are furnished with a double bed (1.50m wide) and a smaller ¾ bed (1.30m wide).   They have the same furnishings as the smaller Studio above.  All Studios have a/c and either balcony or patio with sea view. 

APARTMENTS: Sleep 2-6 persons
Entering into the Apartment, the room is large and open plan to the sitting room and kitchen area.  The sitting room has corner sofa units (which serve as extra bedding for 2 persons) facing a fireplace, television and balcony door with sea views.  The kitchens are fully equipped with full size oven/stove and fridge.  There is a breakfast table and a second French door leading out to the spacious balcony which enjoys fabulous views to the sea and Skiathos Town.  Both apartments are fully air-conditioned.

A small hall leads to a bedroom and the w/c shower room (with half seat).  This lower floor bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has a balcony with a side sea view.  A spiral staircase leads to the upper level of the unit which is furnished with 2 single beds.  There are high windows along one wall and there is an en-suite w/c shower room (with half seat). 

EXTERIOR
With only 4 buildings in the complex, this small and intimate property is extremely well run and the owners offer exceptional service to their guests.  Common areas are landscaped and on the middle level of the hillside property is where most of the amenities are found.  There is a huge built-in BBQ with a heavy picnic style table where 12 persons can dine comfortably.  A large library of books is found at this outdoor seating area as is a ping pong table.  The outdoor gymnasium has weightlifting and basic gym equipment such as a treadmill and stationery bike but best of all; the views are fabulous while you work out!  Just beyond the gym are a Sauna room and Jacuzzi with the same spectacular views.  Imagine enjoying your holidays in Skiathos while keep in shape and not losing out on your daily routine – all the while, taking in the fabulous views of the blue Aegean sea below!

SURROUNDINGS
Eye Q Resort is situated in the hills just above the beach of Magali Ammos.  Just a few minutes walk leads you to the golden sandy beach lined with cafes and tavernas.  The beach has all services including water sports and boat hire.  The nearby bus stop is makes it also easy to explore some of the other beaches Skiathos is so famous for.   But best of all, the lively heart of Skiathos town is within a 10 minute walk of this outstanding resort.  The shops, cafes, restaurants and cosmopolitan Skiathos nightlife are all within easy reach of Eye Q Resort.
