INTERIOR
Entering this fabulous villa one is impressed by the quality and detail of the home and its décor.  The spacious open-plan room encompasses the sitting/dining room and kitchen.  High, open wood-beamed ceilings and dark hardwood floors add a rich touch and homey atmosphere.  The furnishings are warm and show quality throughout.  A corner sofa set faces toward the fireplace and the outstanding sea views afforded by the villas lofty location. 
The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired including microwave oven and dishwasher with even extra counter space on a kitchen island.  Wonderful holiday meals can be explored here – the perfect place to try your hand at Greek-style cooking.  The rooms are full of light from the many windows and balcony doors leading to the spacious balcony overlooking the pool and wrapping around the front of the villa toward the stunning sea views.  The kitchen is conveniently located near the outdoor dining table for easy serving of meals.  A stairway leads from the main floor to the lower level of the villa.  The master bedroom has a double bed and has double French doors leading to the swimming pool.  The rich furnishings carry through to the bedrooms and the master bedroom includes an en-suite w/c shower room.  The other two bedrooms have 2 single beds each and share a w/c shower room in the hall.  There is a shared access to the pool area from the other two bedrooms as well.  

EXTERIOR
The enchanting views and beautiful garden provide a perfect relaxing environment. The vast views are stunning of olive covered valleys and deep blue sea.  The house sits on two levels which are prettily landscaped with grassy areas and flower beds.  On the upper level terrace, there is a full dining table and built-in BBQ – again enjoying the fabulous views of green and sea.  On the lower level sits the large pool with plenty of sun beds for all.  

SURROUNDINGS
This undeveloped side of the island assures that the villa has maximum privacy.  It is accessed via un-made road so car hire is essential.  The nearest supermarkets and restaurants are approximately 3km away from the villa. The closest beaches are Xanemos and Megas Gialos.  Xanemos is a small stretch of shingle beach with facilities and great for airplane enthusiasts.  It sits pretty much at the end of the runway so plane-spotting can be a fun pastime. The villa also faces the tail end of the runway which gives a dramatic view as the jets take off from Skiathos - though it is far enough away to be removed from the noise.  The small sandy beach of Megas Gialos is also situated on the eastern coast of the island. It is an ideal beach for those who are tired of the crowded beaches of the tourist resorts and seek a place for peace and quiet. There are no accommodation facilities, taverns or bars available here.
