This charming cottage is situated approx. 1km from Skopelos town's ring road and at the dead end of one of the most picturesque alley ways covered by overgrowing olive and Cypress. The cottage has its own fresh water swimming pool and  is found in one of the quietest areas close to the town. The property is comfortably furnished with many traditional elements and decorations and is the ideal "nest" for couples and small families.

INTERIOR
The traditional and relaxed style of the cottage is evident as one enters the front door into the living room area, which has comfortable furniture and tasteful decorations. The living-dining area is open plan to the fully equipped kitchen. A small hallway leads to the WC/shower room and the bedroom which has a double bed. The bedroom is spacious and is traditionally furnished with a balcony door leading to the front terrace. There is also a gallery with a double bed, which overlooks the living room. The living room/kitchen is air-conditioned.

EXTERIOR
This pool cottage is situated close to Skopelos town and overlooks a dense olive orchard,Skopelos Bay and the sea. There are many outside areas to sun bathe as well as protected areas hidden from the midday heat. The fresh water pool and large terraces make outdoor living comfortable and convenient. The front terrace with its lovely sea and olive clad views will keep you so mesmerized you will rarely want to leave the cottage. This traditional country cottage tucked away in the hillsides above town, is sure to help you escape the stresses of every day life.

SURROUNDINGS
Given Aloupi's countryside setting and Skopelos' exquisite nature, it is a walkers? paradise. Walk in any direction from the villa and you will find fantastic views, nature and photographic opportunities. The 6-minute drive or 20-minute walk from Aloupi Cottage to the town's water front, makes the cottage very attractive for those who want the option of leaving the car behind.

One unique feature of getting to the house though is the fantastically lush, canopied driveway (approx 500m) although it is not for the 'faint at heart' driver as it becomes narrower and narrower toward the end. Also, don't forget to take your torch with you when you leave for evening walks!

The nearest beach to the cottage is just around the corner from Skopelos port, at the bay of Ag. Konstantinos. Glyfoneri beach has a small selection of typical tavernas, open from mid-May to mid September. This is a small beach however, perhaps for the days when you don't want to venture far from the cottage. The closest main beach is across the island on the south coast and can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.

SERVICES
Getaways2 provides (through our local representative) cleaning service and linen change twice a week, including arrival cleaning (excluding Sundays). Additional maid service can usually be arranged upon request and at an extra fee. Baby cots, high chairs and extra beds can also be arranged on request as well as welcome packs, flowers, champagne, etc. Please speak directly with our office staff for prices and availability.

Our representative's Service Office is located on the harbour front in Skopelos Town. A personal villa visit will be made the day following the arrival to answer any individual queries. The staff can help you arrange excursions & car hire, provide tips on what to see and do and let you know of any special events that might be happening during your stay. Our aim is to provide a highly personalised service to make your holiday with us an unforgettable experience.

In addition, a villa folder will be found in each accommodation, giving detailed information about the villa and the area including nearest shops, restaurants and beaches. The services are included in the rental cost.
