The newly built Villa Anemos sits proudly atop the hillsides surrounding Skopelos Town with expanded views down the olive covered slopes to the harbour below. This high standard villa has every modern convenience including 2 en-suite w/c with bathtub. With wrap around terraces to enjoy the cooling sea breezes plus air conditioning in the bedrooms, this villa is perfect for even the warmest days of summer. INTERIOR
The high standard of Villa Anemos is immediately apparent upon entering the large open space of the sitting room and open plan kitchen. Comfortably furnished, the sitting room has double sofas at the television area with windows that look toward the views to the habour and sea. A large dining table centers the open plan galley style kitchen. The kitchen has all modern convenience needed for cooking your holiday meals including a dishwasher for easy clean up.
A traditional corner fireplace adds a cozy touch to the room and French doors lead out to a sunny terrace at the back of the house. The views are of the green valleys and olive groves that spread to the south west coast of the island and where many hours will no doubt be spent. This is the perfect space to enjoy the beautiful colors of the sky as the summer sun sets over the hills.

The bedrooms are reached via an arched hallway where first there is a common, w/c shower room with a washing machine. A twin bedded room is found nearest the sitting room. This pretty bedroom has traditional iron beds, large closets and has French doors on two side of the room leading to separate terraces. The wrap around terrace affords views in all directions and is shared with one of the other bedrooms. The views are stunning looking toward town and the harbour and hillsides and mountains of olive and pine.
Further down the hall, another bedroom with two single beds shares a balcony with the 1st. This bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The 3rd and expansive master bedroom has a double bed, dressing table and en-suite w/c with bathtub.
The double French doors lead to the front terrace and enjoy fabulous, full-on views of the harbour and town below. The iron beds, decorations and pretty floral patterns are carried out through all of the bedrooms to create a summery, cool feel to the rooms. The furnishings are all of high quality and each bedroom is fitted with air conditioning. With a terrace outside each and every room of the villa, many hours will be spent enjoying the nature and fabulous views that are offered from its lofty position on the hilltop.

EXTERIOR
Newly finished, Villa Anemos’ well thought out design offers convenient and spacious outdoor spaces. A beautiful Mediterranean Pine was left just at the front of the house for a beautiful accent and for natural shade. Not only does the wrap around terrace give stunning views, but also offer a quiet place to relax for all occupants of the house. The pool is slightly elevated to take full advantage of the best views on the property.

SURROUNDINGS
Villa Anemos is located in the Pefkia area of Skopelos. It is in a wonderful position just between Skopelos Town and the leeward side of the island which has many of the islands best beaches. Just a few minutes drive will take you to the lively waterfront of town with a large selection of tavernas and shops to choose from. In the other direction, the choices are endless for romantic beachside meals or family days at the beach. The nearest beach to the villa, less than 10 minutes by car, is Limnonari which is sandy and a favourite for families with children. Just a bit further on is the picturesque fishing village of Agnondas with its traditional tavernas sitting right at the waters edge and specializing in fresh local seafood.

SUITABILITY
With 3 bedrooms, private pool and stunning views, Villa Anemos makes a wonderful holiday home for almost everyone. Families will enjoy the spaciousness of the interiors and exteriors for the kids to play and explore. Couples will enjoy the privacy and peace enjoyed from its solitary position on the hilltop.

SERVICES
Getaways2 provides (through our local representative) cleaning service and linen change twice a week, including arrival cleaning (excluding Sundays). Additional maid service can usually be arranged upon request and at an extra fee. Baby cots, high chairs and extra beds can also be arranged on request as well as welcome packs, flowers, champagne, etc. Please speak directly with our office staff for prices and availability.

Our representative's Service Office is located on the harbour front in Skopelos Town. A personal villa visit will be made the day following the arrival to answer any individual queries. The staff can help you arrange excursions & car hire, provide tips on what to see and do and let you know of any special events that might be happening during your stay. Our aim is to provide a highly personalised service to make your holiday with us an unforgettable experience.

In addition, a villa folder will be found in each accommodation, giving detailed information about the villa and the area including nearest shops, restaurants and beaches. The services are included in the rental cost.
