INTERIOR
This charming cottage is very well appointed and decorated in a traditional island style. Entering into a small kitchenette and then open plan living/dining room with traditional slate floors and wood-beamed ceilings, this homey cottage is suitable for 2-4 people.

The spacious living/dining room has a cozy fireplace in the corner with built-in style sofas on either side which can be used as extra sleeping space. From the living room, the lovely terrace is reached thorough French doors which boasts some of the most fabulous views of the harbour and town found anywhere. This is the perfect place to sit out and enjoy wonderful views to the sea and olive covered hillsides. The small kitchenette is furnished with a breakfast table, there is a modern w/c shower room and the spacious bedroom is twin bedded and has views to the sea.

EXTERIOR
Elia Cottages' wonderful position on a gently sloping hillside and nestled in the olive trees, gives ample privacy as it is completely hidden from the road. It is tucked away in the olive groves and offers a private retreat in an accommodation full of character and charm with wonderful sea views.

SURROUNDINGS
One of the best assets the cottage has is its convenient location to both town and beaches. Within 2 klms of the town and 3 klms to some of the islands best beaches it has something to suit everyone. The convenience of Skopelos town, with its full array of restaurants, shops and cafes, all within just a few minutes drive from the cottage make it perfect for those not wanting to spend much time in the car. The location of the property also suits walkers extremely well. With town just 15 minutes by foot and Stafilos and Velanio beaches only 45 minutes away, this centrally located villa is a great choice for those who enjoy the nature.

Elia Cottage is great for families with small children
with plenty of outdoor places to play and explore. It is also
the most romantic of get-away places. The flexibility to book
the Villa along with the Cottage makes it an exceptional choice
for those looking for a high standard accommodation for reunions and larger parties.

SERVICES
Getaways2 provides (through our local representative) cleaning service and linen change twice a week, including arrival cleaning (excluding Sundays). Additional maid service can usually be arranged upon request and at an extra fee. Baby cots, high chairs and extra beds can also be arranged on request as well as welcome packs, flowers, champagne, etc. Please speak directly with our office staff for prices and availability.

Our representative's Service Office is located on the harbour front in Skopelos Town. A personal villa visit will be made the day following the arrival to answer any individual queries. The staff can help you arrange excursions & car hire, provide tips on what to see and do and let you know of any special events that might be happening during your stay. Our aim is to provide a highly personalised service to make your holiday with us an unforgettable experience.

In addition, a villa folder will be found in each accommodation, giving detailed information about the villa and the area including nearest shops, restaurants and beaches. The services are included in the rental cost.
