Situated on the hillsides opposite town, this spacious villa has panoramic views of the town, harbour and sea from its many terraces. The villa has 4 bedrooms, (one separated with own w/c shower room and entrance) 1 bathroom and 1 w/c shower room in main villa.

INTERIOR
The main entrance leads to a very spacious open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room. The features that immediately stand out are the natural stone wall at the far end of the room, which sets off the handsome fireplace, together with the expanse of large French windows and doors which face the stunning views to the pool, town and sea beyond.

The floors are of mellow terracotta tiles and the ceilings are high-pitched and wood beamed. A roomy well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar sits off to the side and has its own door to the terrace for ease of serving al fresco meals. The sizable dining table, comfortable sofas and fireplace create a warm and delightful space. The French doors lead to a wonderful veranda with lots of space to relax or take outdoor meals. The views will keep you so entranced you will want to spend very little time away from this mesmerizing spot.

The main house is built on three levels, with the sitting room in the middle. A half flight of stairs from the entrance door leads down to a bedroom with two single beds and a sea facing terrace and has a w/c shower room next door. Another half flight of stairs upwards from the sitting room leads to another two bedrooms. The master bedroom to the front of the house has a double bed and spacious wooden terrace facing the beautiful whitewashed town and crystal blue sea. The second bedroom on this level has 2 single beds and faces a sunny rear terrace. In between the bedrooms is a beautifully fitted w/c with full bath.

The fourth bedroom has a separate entrance and is situated to the side and below the main house. This studio is equipped with a double bed and has an en-suite w/c shower room and offers the perfect solution for larger parties who wish to take advantage of a more quiet and private bedroom.

EXTERIOR
Villa Elia's exquisite position on a gently sloping hillside, nestling in the olive trees, gives ample privacy as it is completely hidden from the road. Its’ stone walls, large verandas and spacious grounds give it a luxury not many places can equal.

The private swimming pool, positioned on the edge of the hillside and just beneath the main terrace, enjoys some of the most fabulous views to be found of Skopelos town and harbour.

One of the Villa’s best assets is its convenient location to both town and beaches. It is only 2 km from the town and 3 km from some of the islands best beaches with something to suit everyone. The convenience of Skopelos town, with its full array of restaurants, shops and cafes, all within just a few minutes drive from the villa, make it perfect for those not wanting to spend much time in the car. The location of the property also suits walkers extremely well. With town just 15 minutes by foot and Stafilos and Velanio beaches only 30-45 minutes away, this centrally located villa is a great choice for those who enjoy nature at its best.

SERVICES
Getaways2 provides (through our local representative) cleaning service and linen change twice a week, including arrival cleaning (excluding Sundays). Additional maid service can usually be arranged upon request and at an extra fee. Baby cots, high chairs and extra beds can also be arranged on request as well as welcome packs, flowers, champagne, etc. Please speak directly with our office staff for prices and availability.

Our representative's Service Office is located on the harbour front in Skopelos Town. A personal villa visit will be made the day following the arrival to answer any individual queries. The staff can help you arrange excursions & car hire, provide tips on what to see and do and let you know of any special events that might be happening during your stay. Our aim is to provide a highly personalised service to make your holiday with us an unforgettable experience.

In addition, a villa folder will be found in each accommodation, giving detailed information about the villa and the area including nearest shops, restaurants and beaches. The services are included in the rental cost.
