INTERIOR
Entering into the comfortable living room with high, wooden-beamed ceilings ones first impression is of quality, spaciousness and light. The centre fireplace adds a homey touch and is surrounded by windows and double French doors which lead to a very large terrace with stunning views over the Skopelos Town to the harbour. Tastefully decorated and interspersed with antiques, one immediately recognises that much thought and care has gone into its décor. The room is open plan with the kitchen where there is a second French door leading to the front terrace. This convenient design also gives access to the pool terrace and BBQ area on the same level for ease of serving al fresco meals. The modern kitchen with breakfast table enjoys views both to the pool area and to the town and harbour below. Every convenience is thought of in this fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher and full size fridge freezer with icemaker. On this same main level there is a modern w/c shower room and a bedroom with two single beds that has private access to the pool area. The easy access to the pool is perfect for those who like to get in a bit of exercise on holiday with early morning laps or for a romantic dip at night under a star-filled sky.

A stairway from the hallway leads to the upstairs master bedroom suite. This suite is made for luxury living, complete with a bathtub in the main bedroom and a private w/c. This delightful room is furnished with a double bed, dressing table and huge wardrobe. It has open beamed ceilings and wonderful dark hard-wood floors. A most unusual feature of this master suite is a covered terrace, furnished with an exotic 'Cleopatra-style' sofa bed and ceiling fan which is perfect for cool afternoon naps or curling up with a favourite book during the heat of the afternoon. This wonderful space is ideal to escape for complete privacy and peace with only the sound of the olive leaves rustling in the wind on the hillside.

A private front balcony is reached from the bedrooms' double French doors and has views to the pool and the harbour. One can imagine spending the last hours of the evening enjoying the spectacular views of the fairy lights of town twinkling in the distance, or an early morning coffee as the sun rises up from behind the opposite hills with the glimmering blue sea below - all from the comfort of your private master suite. Lastly, the villa has a separated bottom bedroom suite with its own private entrance but is also connected via an interior stairway descending from the kitchen area on the main floor. This bottom bedroom has its own en-suite w/c shower room and is comfortably furnished including an enormous dining table. A large double bed centres the room with a wall of windows opposite. A private terrace is reached via a double French door where many hours can be spent enjoying the spectacular views below. There is also access to the pool terrace and BBQ from this level.

EXTERIOR
This stylish and traditional villa sits in an elevated position in the hills above the town and has spectacular views of the harbour and the neighbouring island of Alonissos . The villa is framed by a wonderful old pine tree which helps to partially shade the spacious pool terrace. There is a very large dining table sitting under the branches of the tree and the built-in BBQ is located nearby. The large swimming pool has the same fabulous views to the town and harbour and is comfortably furnished with sun lounges. A poolside cushioned outdoor sofa adds to the allure of the space and creates a place to relax in complete comfort and luxury.

SURROUNDINGS
Villa Elissaios is surrounded by hillsides covered in olive and fruit trees and has an abundance of walking trails and old donkey paths to explore. The nearest beach to the villa is just a few klm away and Skopelos Town is reached by car in only a few short minutes. Alternatively , the downhill walk to town is approximately ½ hour away including the stroll through the myriad of winding back streets filled with craft and gift shops. While the town has a large array of traditional Greek tavernas, the picturesque waterfront is also wonderful place to while away the hours just sitting and drinking coffee.

Villa Elissaios is perfect for both families, larger parties or couples holidaying together with its spacious rooms, terraces and pool area. The separate entrance and pool access of the large and comfortable downstairs bedroom give extra privacy to older children or couples. SERVICES
Getaways2 provides (through our local representative) cleaning service and linen change twice a week, including arrival cleaning (excluding Sundays). Additional maid service can usually be arranged upon request and at an extra fee. Baby cots, high chairs and extra beds can also be arranged on request as well as welcome packs, flowers, champagne, etc. Please speak directly with our office staff for prices and availability.

Our representative's Service Office is located on the harbour front in Skopelos Town. A personal villa visit will be made the day following the arrival to answer any individual queries. The staff can help you arrange excursions & car hire, provide tips on what to see and do and let you know of any special events that might be happening during your stay. Our aim is to provide a highly personalised service to make your holiday with us an unforgettable experience.
