Located on a quiet, stepped street in the heart of the old town of Skopelos village, this three-storey town house offers a peaceful and stylish accommodation.

The main entrance of the house leads into a small hallway off of which is a spacious open plan living and dining room with comfortable sofas and CD player. Just off of this room is the kitchen of the main house, which is fully equipped. On the top floor of the house are two bedrooms with two single beds each (one of which has a wooden balcony with partial sea views), each with a ceiling fan. Also on the top floor there is the main bathroom, which has bath/shower and WC.
The lower floor of the house, which is accessed from the courtyard, has a spacious room with two single beds and an additional kitchen area. Both the lower and middle floors have access via French windows into the large courtyard area. The courtyard is built on 2 levels with beautiful decoration, flowers and plants and a large dining table shaded by a lemon tree. Off the courtyard is a second w/c shower room.

Car hire not essential - May accommodate up to 6 persons

SERVICES
Getaways2 provides (through our local representative) cleaning service and linen change twice a week, including arrival cleaning (excluding Sundays). Additional maid service can usually be arranged upon request and at an extra fee. Baby cots, high chairs and extra beds can also be arranged on request as well as welcome packs, flowers, champagne, etc. Please speak directly with our office staff for prices and availability.

Our representative's Service Office is located on the harbour front in Skopelos Town. A personal villa visit will be made the day following the arrival to answer any individual queries. The staff can help you arrange excursions & car hire, provide tips on what to see and do and let you know of any special events that might be happening during your stay. Our aim is to provide a highly personalised service to make your holiday with us an unforgettable experience.

In addition, a villa folder will be found in each accommodation, giving detailed information about the villa and the area including nearest shops, restaurants and beaches. The services are included in the rental cost.
