INTERIOR VILLA 3 - PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL
Villas 3 and 2 have the exact same floor plan with only slight differences in colour and decoration. The main entrance of Villa 3 leads to a large, open split-level mezzanine with high wood beamed ceilings and is decorated in a modern style with a mix of shiny black marble tiles and wood floors. The blend of modern and traditional make for a wonderful combination of style. The main entrance level comprises 1 twin bedded bedroom and a w/c shower room. This bedroom has wall to wall wardrobes and double French doors leading to a spacious balcony which looks out upon the pool and to the town in the distance. A few stairs below lies the open plan kitchen/sitting room level. The brightly covered sofas, corner fireplace, large dining table and lots of windows create a comfortable and open space for relaxation. The kitchen/sitting rooms of all the villas have this same layout which include a spacious dining table and a fireplace in the corner.

The kitchen is fully equipped and is located for easy serving of outdoor meals. It is attractively decorated with modern black cabinets and stainless steel accents. The spacious terrace is reached by two sets of French doors which leave way to stunning views of the harbour, town and the Stafilos Valley. It is fully furnished with outdoor dining table, plenty of seating and a pergola to shade from the afternoon heat. Many hours can be spend just relaxing and taking in these breath-taking views. A few more steps down lead to the bottom floor of the house where there is a 3rd bedroom, comfortably furnished with twin beds, wardrobe and small seating area. From here, the private kidney-shaped pool is reached through double French doors. Another large dining table and chairs, complete with a huge sun umbrella is found just outside the bedroom. The spacious pool area has comfortable lounges and is beautifully landscaped with flowers and grassy areas for the kids to play. Of course the spectacular views are carried through to this level where sunny lazy days and romantic nights can be whiled away in this enchanting setting.

Villas 2 and 3 have the exact same floor plan with only slight differences in colour and decoration. Continuing downstairs, the middle floor comprises the master bedroom where there is a full sized bathtub in the sleeping room. It is also equipped with a TV/music center and personal computer. This spacious bedroom has plenty of windows which provide lots of opportunity to enjoy the enchanting sea views.

EXTERIOR
This newly developed area slightly below the monastery of Evangelistria is cut into the hillside and surrounded by greenery. Its stone walls, large verandas and spacious land give it a luxury not many places can compare to. The beautifully landscaped gardens with the private swimming pools positioned on the edge of the hillside, make for some of the most fabulous views of Skopelos harbour to be found.

One of the best assets of these villas are the convenience to both town and beaches. Within 3 klms of the town and 6 klms to some of the islands best beaches, they have something to suit everyone. The accessibility of Skopelos town, with its full array of restaurants, shops and cafes, all within just a few minutes drive from the villa make it perfect for those not wanting to spend much time in the car. The location of the property also suits walkers extremely well as there a number of old donkey trails and paths in the surrounding hillsides.
