These comfortable and traditional apartments and studio are situated high in the hills overlooking olive clad valleys and the whitewashed village of Skopelos Town and the sea. Each has a private balcony with fabulous views toward the harbour. There is a lovely shared swimming pool with dining table as well as a BBQ area. The close proximity to Skopelos town with its lively harbour front and of choice of shops, tavernas and nightlife is within a short and easy drive.

INTERIOR
There are two studios, both of which are located on the ground floor. Both are equipped with twin beds and a basic open plan kitchenette with two-ring hob and a w/c shower room. They are tastefully decorated in a country island style and have a terrace reached through French doors with lovely views toward the olive green hillsides and peek views to the town and sea below. Both units have satellite television receiving only sports and BBC in English.

The two maisonettes are on the upper floor of the building and each comprises a spacious living room and an open plan kitchenette with a large dining table. The furnishings include a sofa which can be made up as a bed and a single bed which slides from under the sofa (truckle). There are two balconies reached through French doors, one with a side sea view and the other fully facing toward the stunning views of blue sea and the picturesque semi-circular harbour below. The main floor of the maisonette also has a w/c shower room. A wooden stairway leads to an open sleeping gallery, which looks down upon the living room. The double bed lies under the eaves of the lofty, pitched wooden ceiling. Both units have satellite television receiving only sports and BBC in Engilsh.

EXTERIOR
Situated on the hillsides, less than 2 km southeast of the town are the two Studios and two Maisonettes of Rania. The attractive, traditional style building has white-washed walls and red tiled roofs. A BBQ is located on the top level of the property outside the Studios. The sloping grounds have been attractively landscaped and the swimming pool is situated on the level below the apartments. The swimming pool is shared between just these four units of accommodation and is the perfect spot, set amongst olive and fruit trees, to spend long days lazing in the warm Greek sun.

SURROUNDINGS
Rania Studios and Maisonettes are situated in a peaceful position amidst gloriously un-spoilt countryside with splendid views over the rolling hills covered with olive trees and fruit orchards. Their location in the hills makes for a perfectly quiet get-away, but with all the amenities of Skopelos Town, just a few minutes’ drive away. The most picturesque town in the Sporades, Skopelos is has plenty of shops full of colourful buys, restaurants and typical tavernas. The nearest beaches at Stafilos and Velanio are only 4 km away and offer beautiful shingle beaches and clear azure seas. Keen walkers will find plenty of suitable terrain on their doorstep, with Skopelos Town centre being approximately 30 minutes away by foot.

Our representative's Service Office is located on the harbour front in Skopelos Town. A personal villa visit will be made the day following the arrival to answer any individual queries.
