Overview
The Bay View Villas are attractively situated amongst olive trees and have magnificent views over Gaios, with its harbour inlet filled with boats and sheltered by the two wooded islets that close it off from the open sea. The villas are easily accessible from Gaios by road or foot path.
The views are enchanting - there is always something to see as boats of all kinds, and the daily seaplane, arrive and depart at Gaios harbour. At night it is a very pretty scene.
With their prime position, elegant design, air conditioning and modern facilities the Bay View Villas offer the ideal base for a relaxing Paxos holiday.

Layout
There are three villas, each divided into two totally independent apartments: an upper and a lower one.

Upper Floor Studios
Kitchen/lounge area, twin bedroom, shower room, shaded balcony with sea views over Gaios. The individual private balconies have beautiful views down to Gaios and its inlet. The studios have modern shower rooms.

Lower Floor Apartments
Living room/kitchen area, double bedroom, shower room, shaded terrace with sea views over Gaios and access to private garden area. The apartments are most attractively decorated, with subtle touches of colour offsetting the basic white of the decor and furnishings. A highly developed sense of style reveals itself in the placing of ornaments and the groupings of furniture. Furnishings are grouped together with a great sense of style and colour. The bedrooms are very pretty, with unusually large beds, restful and restrained colour schemes, offset by echoes of the past such as an antique bedhead or an old wooden olive tray.

Which to Choose
The design of each apartment and studio is refreshingly individual - no standardisation here! Rooms are basically white, highlighted with selected pieces of furniture, rugs and cushions in vivid colours. There are comfortable seating units, fireplaces, carefully chosen decorative articles and pictures. The living rooms open on to private balconies with enchanting views, each with its own terrace furniture.

Bougainvillea
This upper floor consists of: bedroom (twin beds) sitting area, cooking facilities, bathroom (shower), air conditioning and tv. The balcony with its comfortable furnishings offer breathtaking views over Gaios. The ground floor consists of living room, dining area / kitchen. On a raised secluded level is the double bed which includes air conditioning, tv and bathroom (shower). The living room leads onto verandas with sitting and dining facilities, beautiful views and access to the garden.

Jasmin
The upper floor consists of bedroom(twin beds), sitting area, cooking facilities and bathroom(shower), TV, and air conditioning. Enjoying a refreshing drink on the balcony with its ideal view is a perfect way to end the day. Beautifully decorated living room with kitchen and on a raised secluded level there is a double bed with bathroom(shower),TV and air conditioning. The large veranda with its beautiful sea view has sitting and dining areas and access to the garden and olive grove surrounding it.

Mimosa
The upper floor consists of bedroom (twin beds), sitting area, cooking facilities, bathroom(shower),TV and air conditioning. The balcony with comfortable furnishings has a picture postcard view of Gaios harbour and the village below. Large living room with dining/kitchen area beautifully decorated in country design. Separate bedroom with double bed,TV and bathroom(shower). Balcony with sitting and dining facilities overlooking the olive groves and the sea.

Balcony/Terrace
Each studio has a private balcony with picture postcard views over Gaios. Ground floor garden terrace with jasmine and bougainvillea and comfortable outdoor seating. The apartments offer romantic garden settings and views of the surrounding olive groves and part sea-views.
